In the browser, my transaction using universal channel did not return an ack package. What should I do?

That’s a UX pain point we’re working on atm, to make sure more error infomation (if present) is exposed.
I took a look in our relayer logs and also did not see an error. It got all the way to the acknowledgement on Polymer but the call to the dispatcher is not made as far as I can see.
We are debugging some things with the relayer though, so hang on tight
